This position offers a night rotation, providing flexibility and exposure to diverse patient populations and healthcare teams. Type: part-time Shift: night The Registered Nurse Float 2 provides safe patient care at a basic level and show growth in your ability to care for increasingly complex patients. Determines processes for delivery of care from direct patient/family communication, technology and other healthcare team member collaboration. Manages care and implements treatment plans at a basic skill level in collaboration with patients, their families, and members of the health care delivery team. Consistently provides safe and therapeutic care in a holistic and systematic way while incorporating differences into the provision of care. Serves as a resource, preceptor and mentor while demonstrating leadership skills in decision making and problem solving. Serves as an empowering body to influence patient empowerment as well as successful outcomes of financial and clinical quality through relationships and access based knowledge. Assignments in Float pool will be limited as deemed appropriate by hiring leader.
