You will champion innovative tools developed with the help of latest AI technologies and models. This will enhance the overall usage & understanding for merchants and developers alike. Drive innovation by researching and incorporating variousConversational AI, GenAI & machine learning techniques, tools, and frameworksfor building world classsoftwaresolutions

Driveincremental improvementsfor achieving impactful, optimized search resultsby researching & implementing search result optimizationmethodologies -We currently useAlgoliafor Search

Participate in architecturaldiscussions, code reviews, pair programming sessions and lead by example

Collaborate with cross-functional teams torefine product requirements andbuildoptimalsoftwaresolutions

What do you need to bring
8+ years of experience withbackenddevelopment, preferably using Java

Familiarity withserver-sideJavaScript,node.js, express.js

Strong working background and experience with Search implementations likeAlgolia, Vector Search etc.

Experiencebuilding and configuring AI assistant, chatbot or similar user facingAIbased product solutions

Experience working with variousproprietaryand open-source language models

Experience with RAG systems,using embedding modelsand experience/understanding of abstraction models likelangchan, Llama index etc.
