Staff Software Engineer (Ruby On Rails, Backend)

Salary Range: $170,000-$240,000 base plus equity.

To be successful in this role you must have several years of experience with Ruby and Ruby On Rails, have experience with GraphQL and REST, and have experience working with front-end teams (we use React/TS).

This position is an on-site role located in downtown San Francisco. In this role you will have the opportunity to be a leader within an international team and an agile environment with short decision paths.

Role responsibilities: Lead development as we build new amazing products (Ruby On Rails, PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS) Use your back-end and distributed systems experience to improve the overall code quality, tools and processes Apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) within all parts of our clients' platform Work with frontend teams using GraphQL and REST
