Job Description
What You'll Do:
Lead programs from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of program plans.Analyze program status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that program objectives can be met.Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on program status and changes.Communicate program outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to program work plan.Contribute to strategy development and operation management.Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
7+ years of industry experience overseeing major software releases in the ADAS, AV, automotive, or related fields.Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, computer science, or related field.Experience leading projects with technical and non-technical teams.Strong project management experience, with practical familiarity in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, applied where most effective.Proven track record of influencing without direct authority, fostering collaboration.Demonstrated leadership in motivating cross-functional team members across different time zones and backgrounds to achieve goals effectively and efficiently.Coach team members and peers.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent presentation skills.What will give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications):
MBA.PMP Certification.Experience in ADAS systems development.Experience administrating and configuring Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.This role is categorized as hybrid. The successful candidate is expected to report to Mountain View three times per week, at minimum.
The salary range for this role is $137,000 to $214,300. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
