Broad Function

The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative functions for the Brock Regional Staffing Centers.
This position collects, validates, and processes employee applicant paperwork and schedules all pre-hire appointments, ensuring a quick and timely hiring process to meet the needs of worksites and clients.


Essential Functions Promote, demonstrate, and instill Brock's Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business.
Greet all walk-ins and verify their pre-hire status.
Collect applicant documentation and review to ensure completion.
Verify applicant employment eligibility with Brock.
Schedule applicant for required training, drug screening, and background check.
Provide regular communication with jobsites, applicants, and staffing lead on hiring status for positions.
Upload hiring documents for processing.
Monitor and ensure documents comply with hiring standards and practices.
Identify and propose workflow process improvements, structure, and systems to management.
Communicate with applicants, co-workers, and jobsites about the current hiring status.
Collect and submit reports as required.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Working Conditions Working indoors in an office environment.
Utilization of Personal Protective Equipment as necessary.
Frequent travel as required.
Skills & Abilities Excellent customer services skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrate high level of confidentiality and sensitivity when handling personal and confidential information.
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently.
Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic.
Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume customer service environment.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
1+ year of experience working in Human Resources or a similar administrative or service role.
Experience working with craft professionals in construction industry, a plus.
Bilingual - Spanish, a plus.
