Minimum Qualifications:
Fluent English speaker
Bachelor's degree in any field
1 year ESL Teaching Experience (Online)
NBI Clearance
TEFL certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
Required Devices:
Desktop or laptop: Intel i5 (10th gen) or higher, Windows 10 or higher
8GB RAM or higher
CPU score of at least 3500 or above
Essential peripherals: 1080P webcam, noise-canceling headphones
Minimum 25 Mbps network speed (wired network recommended)
Backup power stations lasting at least 8 hours
15 mbps Backup internet (excluding mobile hotspots)
Others:
Must be willing to go through intensive training and account screening process.
