Your New Role As our Steel Erector Project Manager, you're not just managing steel projects—you're commanding them. You'll be the one who makes sure every project is executed flawlessly. Your typical day? It doesn't exist. One moment you're organizing workflow, the next you're on-site solving problems, building teams, and setting priorities with General Contractors and Superintendents. We're all about hands-on leadership here, and that's where you come in. Here's a look at your key responsibilities: Manage daily operations for multiple steel construction projectsSupervise, build, and lead multiple crews across various sitesPartner with General Contractors to set project priorities and timelinesEnsure safety protocols and quality standards are followed down to the last boltRead and interpret drawings, plans, and blueprints like a seasoned proOversee machinery and equipment usage on-site, ensuring efficiency and safetyCommunicate with everyone—clients, vendors, and management—and do it with finesseSolve problems before they even become problemsManage on-site inventory and keep everything running smoothlyUphold and train on OSHA safety standards What's In It for You to Join the Team?
