JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and manage instructors and campers, ensuring that the camps are delivered at a high levelEnsure the safe operation and instruction of all camp activitiesLead daily staff meetings and manage sign-in and pick-upInterface with camp parents and the main officeManage site logistics such as lunch orders, inventory and supplies, and schedulesBe a positive role model for campers and staff, and arrive each day with an inclusive, professional, and upbeat attitude QUALIFICATIONS Must have experience working with children in an educational roleMinimum age 25 years or older by summerBachelor's Degree requiredExperience and comfort with technology and related areasCamp and leadership experience preferredCPR certification and First Aid training must be completed prior to the start of summerWillingness to perform all job duties with enthusiasm and a positive outlookDeep appreciation for teamwork and drive to be part of a high-level teamRequired clearances, or ability to obtain them prior to start date.
