Responsibilities
• Assist Stewarding Supervisor and Restaurant Outlets in cleaning and organizing food and beverage outlets• Sort, wash, and store soiled ware• Operate dish machine and burnishing machine• De-tarnish and polish silverware• Clean kettles, tilt skillets, pots, and pans• Comply with attendance rules• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
• Knowledge of service ware• Ability to push/pull service carts and heavy objects• Effective verbal and written communication skills
