The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving and completing shipments by processing and loading orders.
This role is responsible for fulfilling orders and arranging outgoing packed orders for delivery.
Their duties include interpreting sales orders and pulling the correct product, performing quality control assessments, and stacking items safely and securely in the right packaging.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WAREHOUSE INTAKE The Warehouse Associate ensures that all goods are received in a timely and accurate manner and that all documentation is completed correctly.
Receive and process incoming shipments of goods and materials.
Verify the accuracy of inventory records and report any discrepancies.
Inspect and verify the quality of items received.
Check for damage or defects and report any issues to the appropriate person.
Label and tag items with appropriate inventory codes.
Prepare items for storage or distribution by sorting, packing, and labeling.
Enter shipment data into computer systems or inventory management software.
Communicate with other departments regarding incoming shipments and coordinate with them storage or distribution needs.
Ensure that all safety procedures are followed during the intake process.
WAREHOUSE FULFILLMENT The Warehouse Intake Associate is responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming shipments of goods and materials, verifying the accuracy of inventory records, and preparing items for storage or distribution.
Their duties include interpreting sales orders and pulling the correct product, performing quality control assessments, and stacking items safely and securely in the right packaging.
Follows company picking/packing procedures.
Ability to efficiently pull product(s) based on daily orders.
Ensures order pick/count accuracy.
Meets specifics set forth by supervisor(s) for all orders promptly.
Reports out any discrepancies or adjustments needed by the supervisor.
Handles inventory with care and attention to detail.
Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safety practices.
Operates various pieces of equipment i.e., Pallet Jack, pallet wrapper.
Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
Inventory restocking/replenishment and cycle counts of inventory.
Handle e-Commerce orders and internal team promotional requests.
Provide cross-functional support on operational initiatives such as: promotions, gifting, and special request projects.
Performs other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
1 year of experience working as a picker or packer in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
Experience working in distribution center and/or warehouse environments preferred.
Experience with Shopify, eCommerce, Apparel, and promotional fulfillment experience preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish Experience working in distribution center/warehouse environments.
REQUIREMENTS Must be over 21 years of age.
Available for on-site operations work Monday-Friday.
Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities- not hours; must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
