AMTRACO is a global holding company headquartered in Franksville, WI, that manages the shared services of HR, IT, and Finance for its operating units. The four distinct operating units owned by AMTRACO are: EPSI – a distribution company servicing the surface finishing industry with presence in all major global markets. STM – a manufacturer of pressure sensitive adhesive tapes FAST – a distributor of tapes and related products for the framing, architectural, signs, and trophy markets. SBM – a commercial real estate company that buys, develops, and leases commercial real estate. Job Summary Devise and implement strategies that boost the overall commercial growth of the companyOversee the operational and financial management of the companyDevelop and foster client relationships within the commercial manager job role, to create business growth opportunitiesEstablish financial plans that go hand-in-hand with the company goalsIdentify expansion and growth opportunities and use commercial management skills to implement the sameJob Responsibilities Negotiate with clients, customers and suppliers to maximize profit margin.Receive regular updates on the progress of various projects and provide to the Business Unit Manager.Conduct periodic market research and identify prospective business opportunitiesMaintain reports and records of the budgets, expenses and revenue that fall under the commercial manager job roleSupport the other departments with queries about commercial processes as a commercial managerManage commercial risks and devise strategies to overcome themKey Account managementStrategic pricing and margin managementDevelop growth strategies to other industries that will expand our marketsDirect the E-Commerce Strategy Required Skills and Experience Experience as Commercial and/or Sales ManagerAcquaintance with business development and marketingStrong leadership skills, with the ability to think strategicallyExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsFamiliarity with project management10-15 years working in the pressure sensitive adhesives industryExperience managing a CRM system Preferred skills and qualifications Prior experience in a leadership roleBachelor's degree in business management, marketing, administration, or a related fieldAbility to work under pressure independently as a commercial managerSkillset to develop and foster relationships with clients, suppliers, and customers
