Assist with the administration of equity compensation, including equity award grant approval, grant tracking/upload, employee education, and employee customer service. Work with internal and externals auditors and corporate Finance team for quarterly reviews, year-end audits, ensure that internal controls and procedures are followed to satisfy periodic review of compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley. Maintain relationships with multiple international payroll and financial contacts for purposes of equity reporting. Perform reconciliation of records between Stock Administration, HE, and Payroll. Upload and maintain accurate employee data records in the following Micron software databases: Morgan Stanley Shareworks, Workday, and SAP. Develop and maintain internal Stock Plan Services website. Assist in administering semi-annual ESPP purchases, handle activity during open enrollment periods, and monitor and communicate contribution changes to Payroll at the beginning and during each offering. Perform desktop procedures manual, calendars, ensure all information remains current and consistent. May telecommute part-time.
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or a related field. Position also requires:
1. Excel (Pivot tables and advanced formulas to include: Vlookup, SumIf, If/Then, IndexMatch, Concatenate
2. Advanced knowledge of equity awards: Restricted Stock Awards (RSA), Restricted Stock Units (RSU), Performance Restricted Stock Units (PRSU), Non-qualified Stock Options (NQ)
3. Handling Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
4. Presenting/communicating equity education to large groups of employees
5. Employee compensation
