Stockroom Clerk
This role is responsible for supporting stockroom functionsincluding cycle counting, kitting work orders, receiving and stockingmaterial.Other supply chain activitiesto be assigned as needed.

Material Handling:
The warehouse /logistics associate will perform all warehouse and logistics functionspertaining to functional area.This will includereceiving, picking, kitting and stocking various types of material.Fulfill productorders by picking/packing product, inputting inventory updates through theinventory system.Receives incomingproduct from stores/other centers/vendors by matching product to invoices,inputting product to the inventory system and conducting inventory and cyclecounts as required.Operation of material handling equipment and onlineshipping systems when required.
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in warehouse space utilization andmaterial flow improvement activities.Understand coreprocesses of the warehousing and packaging areas and participate in efforts toimprove their efficiency and accuracy of operation.Support developmentof standardization, guidelines, and policy compliance requirements acrosscategory level.Ensures a neat/cleanwork environment by cleaning work areas and discarding materials in the propermanner.
Internal Communication and Collaboration:
Support and promotecompany core values of honesty, professionalism, respect, trust and teamworkand utilize the Ducommun Way methodology to achieve objectives.Interface with every key functions and levels of thebusinesses as required.
ITAR and Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure ITARcompliance and control through secured and coded correspondence and designated/ approved communication portals.Compliance with all applicable ISO Procedures.Compliance with all Safety Procedures. Required Experience and Education High School Diploma or GED.Minimum 2 years experience working in a stockroom / warehouse environment.Comfortable working with computers and enterprise softwareStrong problem-solving skills.Must be self-motivated, dependable, reliable, a self-starter with excellent follow-up skills.Lift, move and carry boxes / containers up to 50 pounds.Able to operate fork trucks, cherry pickers, easy-go carts.Detail orientation, able to multi-task and keep working area organized.Strong understanding and experience in cycle counting and cycle count reporting.
Base Compensation: USD 20.00 - 22.00 Paid Hourly
