Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care

Responsibilities
• -Operate scrubber and buffer-Dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass and windows-Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards-Cross-train in multiple areas of the store-Support and model customer experience practices-Maintain floor care cleanliness standards-Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the store-Adhere to company policies concerning Health and Safety-Support and respond to Front End coverage needs-Uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards-Participate in store recovery-Adhere to operational and loss prevention controls-Communicate accurately and effectively-Adhere to labor laws and policies-Participate in safety awareness and maintenance-Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
• -Excellent customer service skills-Able to work a flexible schedule-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail-Physical stamina-Capable of prioritizing tasks-Strong communication skills-Able to lift heavy objects-Ability to work effectively with peers and supervisors-Retail customer experience preferred
