We are looking for a Store Director to join us in advancing the industry forward. As a Store Director, you will work closely with the SKIMS corporate leadership team to ensure the Los Angeles flagship store meets all brand guidelines and achieves business results. Join us and be part of a team that is revolutionizing the fashion industry.       Responsibilities · You are responsible for communicating financial goals to the team and sharing how individual contribution impacts performance results. · We expect you to actively source, network, and recruit top talent. · Build a strong and diverse team that includes team members with various experiences, backgrounds, and skillsets to drive store performance. · You educate Team Members on SKIMS's Mission and Values ensuring that they are reflected in all that we do. · You are the voice of the brand and share relevant information with Team Members to ensure they thrive at work.  · You are a developer of others – you coach, motivate, and inspire other to produce their best work. · You create individualized development plans, support career growth, and enable succession planning. · You create and nurture and environment that is customer centric ensuring an excellent experience for all. You do this through a customer first mindset, leading the sales floor with presence, and coaching to selling behaviors. · You are an ambassador for our brand and develop and maintain key relationships (including but not limited to customers, VIPs, and SKIMS executives). · You oversee the overall in-store environment and maintain or exceed company standards for all areas within your store, including but not limited to visual merchandising, store cleanliness, experience and atmosphere, product replenishment and marketing. · We expect you to lead through the lens of productivity and profitability through strong operational controls including strategic scheduling, payroll control and Inventory management. · Responsible for conducting strategic business analysis and driving you store team to deliver top/bottom line sales results. · You own the stores P & L and manage it through all controllable metrics; actively analyzes business trends and adjust accordingly.  · You provide mentorship for other Store Leaders and support in elevating their performance and development. Requirements: · 4+ years of multi-unit leadership experience - you must have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively lead a group of high-performing leaders. · High volume and high complexity store leadership experience. · A proven track record of hiring, leading, and developing effective store teams. · Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. · The ability to work closely and effectively with others is important and expected.  · Deep understanding of customer service principles and the ability to provide exceptional service to all customers.  · Possess strong problem-solving abilities and be able to handle any issues that may arise in the store.  · Exceptional operational and organizational skills. · Strong visual merchandising skills, a keen eye for detail, ensuring that the store is always presented in a compelling manner. · We value flexibility and expect you to be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.  Skills Retail Experience, Leadership, Multi-Unit Leadership, Team Management, Store Operations, Visual Merchandising, Inventory Management, Problem-Solving, Time Management, Communication Skills, Organizational Skills, Detail Oriented, Customer Service, Business Analysis  Does not want to be an influencer
