You have a clear focus on guest experience, product, and visual presentation. You are an effective problem solver and possess a business spirit. You are responsible for building and retaining a high-performing and diverse sales team. Through strategizing, coaching, and accountability, you are accountable for leading and motivating the team to provide an exceptional customer experience and maximize sales.
