Store Manager

Capital Brands Group is the fastest growing Dunkin franchisee organization in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Maryland. We are aggressively building a best-in-class restaurant management and crew member team and currently seeking exceptional store managers to lead crew members with providing outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities: Ensure that guests receive outstanding customer service through providing friendly guest experiences and lead crew members to provide the same outstanding service. Preparing products according to operational and quality standards and train new crew members on store procedures. Maintaining store cleanliness throughout shifts and serving customers. Work with other crew members to meet guests needs and expectations for great service. Maintain and manage labor, food waste, scheduling, food inventory, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Must be willing to work weekends. Previous experience with having store clerk responsibilities, barista skills, or with customer service is required.
