Responsibilities
• Motivate and guide a team of 8 to 15 members to surpass goals and expectations• Uphold values of honesty, integrity, and high ethical standards• Make impactful decisions to drive success• Excel in both verbal and written communication• Lead by example and take ownership of store's performance• Manage recruitment, training, and career development of team members• Promote a safe space for customers and staff while encouraging team growth• Drive sales and maintain high store standards• Ensure store reflects brand image and is stocked with fresh products• Employ proactive methods to manage store expenses• Implement and oversee all company sales initiatives
Requirements
• 18 years of age or older for AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, and CO/ 21 years of age for all other states• Retail and/or Food Management experience• Willingness to work any shift as needed, offering flexibility and adaptability• Occasional travel for regional and district meetings• Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle• Customer-centric mindset• Ability to clear a pre-employment drug screen and criminal history check• Prepared to complete Topshelf Manager Training (for Tennessee stores)
