Role and Responsibilities:
As the Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our establishment. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Leadership and Team Management:
Lead, inspire, and guide a diverse team of plant specialists, baristas, and wellness practitioners.Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging collaboration and growth.Set performance expectations, provide feedback, and conduct regular team meetings.2. Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the plant shop, cafe, and wellness studio.Manage inventory, stock levels, and procurement of plants, cafe supplies, and wellness products.Monitor financial performance, track sales, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.3. Customer Experience:
Create an exceptional customer experience by maintaining a welcoming and knowledgeable team.Interact with customers, offer plant and wellness advice, and address any concerns.Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer journey and gather feedback for improvements.4. Marketing and Events:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies.Organize and host events, workshops, and classes that align with our brand's ethos.Utilize social media platforms to engage the community and showcase our offerings.5. Space Maintenance:
