Burrow is seeking a Store Manager to join our Retail team to help manage the daily operations of our showroom in Los Angeles, as well as lead our team of amazing salespeople.
Day-to-day Responsibilities Understand and communicate Burrow's values and brand philosophy to customers through authentic, friendly engagement Demonstrate and explain the benefits and features of Burrow products as well as their assembly Be a top producer – engaging customers, making recommendations and completing sales Manage a team with agility and continuously improve based on lessons learned and feedback received Ensure your team delivers an outstanding standard of customer service at all times - meeting customer needs, offering guidance, and managing all customer issues Perform operational duties to ensure the store exceeds financial and customer experience targets and maintains brand consistency Assist in planning and executing periodic store events with Burrow marketing team Qualifications Expert customer service abilities; demonstrated passion for creating an unforgettable client experience Meticulous attention to detail and follow through Proven experience in consistently achieving sales goals and analyzing KPIs; driven to meet sales targets, upsell, and cross sell Ability to effectively communicate in person, via written communication, and over the phone with customers, peers, corporate partners, and your local team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite A high level of responsibility and ownership as a business leader Tech-savvy with the ability to work across multiple digital systems as well as e-commerce platforms Open availability to work a schedule that reflects the needs of the business, including weekends and holidays Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally, demonstrate furniture assembly, and maneuver effectively around sales floor You in a nutshell 2-4 years of experience in a retail leadership position (home/furniture preferred) You have a passion for furniture, interior design, and people Have strong time management and organizational skills Are self-motivated and confident in your ability to network and lead by example Innovative, proactive, entrepreneurial, and a team player Equipped with extensive experience in sales, both in person and virtually, and the ability to discern and distill a customer's tastes and desires into stellar product recommendations Alignment with our core values: Customer Experience, Collaboration, and Innovation Additional details This is a full-time exempt position based in Los Angeles retail store. Targeted compensation range for this role: $68,000 - $72,000/year, dependent upon experience, plus monthly performance bonus eligibility.
