The OpportunityAs the Store Manager at Dries Van Noten, you will lead the daily operations of our Los Angeles Boutique. Your role is to inspire a team of sales associates, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets while upholding the brand's high standards. What you'll get to doRecruit, train, and inspire a talented sales team to deliver exceptional service.Set performance goals, conduct reviews, and provide regular coaching to your team.Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to drive employee engagement.Lead by example, engaging in selling and creating memorable client experiences.Develop personalized client relationships that embody the Dries Van Noten philosophy.Build the most appropriate product offer (buying participation, reorders, transfers, etc.).Monitor sales targets, track performance, and implement strategies to exceed goals.Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.Maintain expert knowledge of Dries Van Noten collections and provide personalized recommendations.Act as a brand ambassador, representing Dries Van Noten in all client interactions.Ensure the store's presentation meets high visual merchandising standards.Oversee inventory management, perform stock checks, and coordinate replenishments.Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.Uphold operational policies, including cash handling, security, and health & safety.Provide weekly reports on sales trends, team performance, and operational insights.Collaborate with the head office to align store operations with overall business goals.A reasonable estimate of the current salary is $110,000-$130,000 USD.
