Store PIC's support total store operations by assuming a leadership role in absence of store management. Primary duties may include receiving, maintaining and enforcing general sanitation and in-stock conditions in all departments, guest and crew member safety and assisting with guest service related opportunities. In addition to the enhanced leadership duties, they also actively stock and merchandise products while they assist guests with product selection and sales, build displays and assist in tracking sales and
maintaining inventories within their home department.
