Straighten And Cut Machine Operator

PPS is seeking a mechanically inclined individual for a fantastic opportunity as a Straighten and Cut Machine Operator at our wiring manufacturing facility in North Royalton.
This is a full-time permanent position with benefits and a high ceiling for growth!
Responsibilities:

Obtain raw materials using tow motor
Set up machine and materials for production
Feed raw materials into machine
Monitor operation and adjust machine as needed to meet customer specs
Perform quality inspection using tape measure of finished product prior to moving to next stage in process to ensure customer's specs are being met
Report any issues to foreman
Clean and organize work area
Other duties as required

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

Ability to perform physical responsibilities such as lift, stand for long hours, crouch, pull/push, etc.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Previous machine operation experience
High mechanical acumen- using hand/power tools
Ability/previous experience using precision measurement instruments
Basic math/calculation skills
Previous experience using computer/keypad for data entry and machine adjustments
Go-getter attitude and hunger for growth!
