Are you Tracksuit's new Strategic Account Executive? We're in early stages of our journey, and we are growing (fast!). Our teams have gone from strength to strength, with our Sales team smashing targets along the way. This is an exciting role because you will be an early sales hire in our US office, playing a pivotal role in Tracksuits growth through mapping out and bringing in new business ventures.

\n As our Strategic Account Executive, you will be responsible for: Growing new business revenue and new customer acquisition (it's a sales role!)Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to securing business - including multi–channel outreach, social media, email, & callsDelivering effective and engaging product demonstrations of the value of Tracksuit, tailored to clients' needs through storytelling, case studies and other materialsWorking with our VP Sales and wider Sales team to develop and iterate the sales strategy and processesYou will be supported by a high-octane, friendly, yet deadly-effective marketing function, partnerships manager and sales team who will bolster your pipeline with fantastic leads That's the role, so who are you?You'll come from a successful background in quota-carrying roles - preferably in SaaS, martech, advertising or media sales start-upsA goal-oriented person with demonstrated excellent results in B2B outbound sales, demos via video conferencing, and enthusiasm to improve and executeThe capability, confidence and willingness to manage an entire sales cycle from lead generation to securing business (we can turn deals around in about 30 days, so you won't get bored)Experience in mid-market to enterprise sellingA kind, smart and genuine human with activity-based mindsetA love for networking, attending events and someone who is excited to be the face of one of Australasia's fastest growing startupsIs excited about meeting and working with the world's best brand marketers, brand leaders and agency partners

Please note this salary range represents a OTE package. We practice transparent compensation at Tracksuit, which means we put a real focus on fair compensation for our people and their roles. Your salary is supplemented with our best-in-class benefits package, as well as generous ESOP.
