As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing long-term partnerships with key enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will develop a deep understanding of our clients' strategic objectives and act as a trusted advisor to deliver tailored solutions. This role requires a proactive, client-focused leader with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, ensuring that each account receives the highest level of service and value.
Client Relationship Management: Build, manage, and nurture strong, trusted relationships with key decision makers at MyStudio's enterprise clients and strategic accounts, to ensure satisfaction and retention.Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide strategic insights and solutions. Account Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute customized account plans that align with clients' strategic objectives and business needs.Identify and drive expansion opportunities within accounts to increase client investment and service adoption, ensuring high client retention and growth.Collaborate with the sales and product teams to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the client portfolio. Project Management & Execution: Lead the onboarding of new clients and oversee the end-to-end delivery of solutions, coordinating with internal departments (product, customer support, finance) to ensure successful implementation.Manage client projects and engagements, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. Revenue Forecasting & Budgeting Develop accurate forecasts and strategic plans to meet revenue and account growth targets.Track account performance and create detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, providing insights on client metrics, product adoption, and client satisfaction. Client Advocacy & Problem Solving Act as the client's advocate within MyStudio to resolve escalated issues, ensuring prompt and effective responses.Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact client needs and proactively address potential issues or opportunities. Internal Collaboration Work closely with the product team to communicate client feedback and requirements to enhance product development and innovation.Partner with marketing teams to develop tailored client outreach, including case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership content. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).5+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the SaaS industry.Proven track record in managing and growing enterprise accounts, with demonstrable results in retention and revenue growth.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to managing client relationships.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a customer-first mindset.Proficient in CRM tools, especially HubSpot The chance to get in on the "ground floor" of a tech company with startup energyThe ability to make a difference from day oneThe power to make a positive difference in fitness, children's education, and other membership-based industries doing admirable workA competitive salary
