We are currently seeking a Strategic Advisor - Technical Solutions - Healthcare Provider Vertical (REMOTE Role) to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States.
In this role, the successful person will have the opportunity to:
Be a part of Provider Industry Solutions group focusing on developing industry relevant solutions.
In partnership with Provider Industry Sub-vertical leader, provide strategic domain expertise/guidance to identify and design a comprehensive set of solutions to meet the industry needs.
Own a portfolio of solutions and offerings, develop sales positioning strategy, develop marketing material.
Coordinate and manage with the build team (development teams).
Responsible for developing go-to-market content, building first-call deck for solutions and participate in client engagements to position the identified solutions.
Participate in client interactions, RFP responses to position industry differentiating POVs, solutions and innovations.
Build partnerships with horizontal technology practices to develop industry specific wrappers for horizontal solutions.
Lead a team of up to 10 subject matter experts.
We are looking for candidates with strong technical proficiency and experience of having worked within a Health System organization.
To be successful in this role, you need to have knowledge of at least some of the following topics but need not be an expert: Clinical operations, non-clinical workflows, integration with EMR/EHR Solutions, Data & Interoperability, RCM.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Hospital Provider domain in the US geo.
Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in translating business strategies.
5 years experience developing solutions in a matrixed organization working with consulting, technology and other domain SMEs across several business units into effective technical solutions.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a Medical field, Computer Science, Math or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Self-directed and capable of working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Strong technical leadership and expert consultative and communications skills.
Significant enterprise expertise in developing and architecture solutions in a collaborative environment.
Substantial demonstrated experience in healthcare technology and modernization of existing legacy solutions.
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles.
The starting pay range for this remote role is $154,200 - $257,000.
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
