What will you be doing? The Strategic Engagement Manager will work with internal partners and customers to provide qualified staff for our Strategic Resourcing engagements.
Additionally, the manager will be responsible for developing a strategy and plan to handle future growth in the various technical verticals through capacity planning, training, and process improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage consultants who have been placed onsite with customersOnboarding, regular meetings and communication, status reports, etc.Function as the escalation path for ANY issues for both resources and customersEncourage use of WWT tools and processes, and encourage resource involvement with other teams within WWTResponsible for staffing projects and managing utilization for customer engagementsCapacity planning and forecasting for future engagementsCoach and mentor engineering staff on PS best practicesConsistently reinforce WWT and our Core ValuesEstablish solid relationships with the Customer & the Account Management teamsProvide weekly status reports to sales account teams and customersGrow the staffing business through continued displays of adding value to the customer.QUALIFICATIONS: 5-10 years of Technical management experience, preferably in a Professional Services environmentStrong knowledge of and proven experience with outsourcing/managed service engagementsExperience in the staffing or recruiting industry a plusProven experience interacting with large, enterprise clientsPrior experience managing engineering teams or technical staff in a project execution capacityAbility to work independently and solve customer-facing problemsStrong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceStrong Sales Support skillsExceptional Financial AcumenUnderstanding of the financial aspects of the services environmentUnderstand Profit and Loss (P&L) to track financial performanceExceptional organizational, analytical, and quantitative problem-solving skillsEqual Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities Location: California
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000.
Actual salary will be based on various factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs.
