Position Description:
We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to join Sayari's US Public Sector Business Unit. This position will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth in a rapidly expanding partner ecosystem . The ideal candidate will have experience generating new business both with and through System Integrators and resale partners. Reporting to the VP of Public Sector Partnerships, this role will be responsible for growing partnership practice, developing joint solutions, and go-to market plans.
Our ideal candidate is located in the DMV area with the ability to come into our downtown DC office once a week and travel up to 20%.
\n Job Responsibilities:Develop and execute a scalable model for formalizing partnerships (expanding the partner ecosystem)Manage, nurture, and expand existing partner relationshipsDevelop a partner strategy to prime and sub opportunitiesIdentify large IDIQs and contract vehicles that provide Sayari the best pipeline opportunitiesCollaborate with sales, product, marketing, and operations teams to implement partnership enablement strategies and programIdentify, recruit, and negotiate with new and existing partnersManage partnership reporting, pipeline, and performanceSupport the renewal of large partner programs Skills & Experience:7+ years in a partner management role; preferably in a B2B SaaS companyExperience with government partners, federal systems integrators, OSINT solutions, and supply chain management preferredExperience managing large complex partnerships including both prime and sub-relationshipsExperience building partner pipeline and executing on large multi-million opportunitiesExperience building out partner programs from enablement to sales executionStrong commercial awareness and a proven ability to identify and develop partnership opportunitiesStrong organizational skills and ability to manage complex projects with tight deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to travel up to 20%
\n$150,000 - $170,000 a year
The target base salary for this position is $150,000-$170,000 plus commission. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, candidate experience and expertise, internal peer equity, and may vary from the amounts listed above. \nBenefits: · 100% fully paid medical, vision, and dental for employees and their dependents
