About The Role:Mochi Health is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst (CPA) to join our growing finance team.
In this critical role, you will ensure the accuracy of our financial reporting, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and provide actionable financial insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Your expertise in tax regulations, budget management, and audit processes will directly support the financial health and success of our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of accounting principles, exceptional analytical abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating complex financial information into clear and actionable insights to support Mochi Health's mission.
What You'll Do:Prepare and review accurate financial statements.Review and audit invoices.Manage tax planning and preparation of tax returns, optimizing strategies for compliance and efficiency.Monitor budgets and track financial performance, ensuring resources are aligned with company goals.Accurately record and maintain financial transactions, upholding the integrity of financial data.Who You Are:Active CPA license and a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and relevant financial regulations.Proficiency in accounting software and advanced skills in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining ethical financial practices.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial data clearly to stakeholders.The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $145,000-$160,000 in addition to equity and benefits.
The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations.
Actual compensation within this range is determined by various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
