ImpactThe Strategic Finance Senior Associate will hold a high-profile role within our FalconX Finance function, focusing on meeting the demands of both a complex and evolving digital asset landscape and those of a fast-paced, growing company.
You will play a key role in developing critical financial insights and driving the overall financial objectives of the organization.
As a member of the broader FalconX finance team, you will join a group that is passionate about teamwork, finance, and crypto.
We are looking for a Strategic Finance Senior Associate who shares that same passion and level of excitement to join our team!
What You'll DoArchitect and own core financial models, including those supporting annual and long-range plans, capital allocation, and product strategyDrive our long-range planning processes, and use processes and conclusions to help guide resource allocation across the businessBuild sophisticated financial models and synthesize outputs into concise presentations to drive executive and board decision-making processesProvide analytical support and financial rigor in the evaluation of new investments and support strategic decision-making across functionsSupport leadership in communications to investors, the Board, and other external stakeholdersCollaborate across all levels of the organization by developing a deep understanding of the firm's business model, including product and market strategies, competitive context, and internal processesWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics or relevant field (MBA a plus)Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate finance, corporate development, venture capital/private equity and/or investment bankingAdvanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (including advanced formulas, scenario analysis and pivot tables)Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills utilizing data, metrics, and financial modeling and analysis to solve complex, multivariable problemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong collaborator with an ability to build relationships with cross-functional teamsPassion for crypto and web3, demonstrated through personal or professional experience and regular consumption of industry news and developmentsInclusivity Statement FalconX is committed to building a diverse, inclusive, equitable, and safe workspace for all people.
