As a Partner Analyst Associate on the PagerDuty Partner Operations team, you will play a crucial role in our cross-functional collaboration with the Sales, Partner, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams globally. Your contribution will be instrumental in streamlining our Partner Lead-To-Cash Flow. You will work with intelligent and driven individuals, each of whom is a key player in delivering high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as our subject matter expert and global front-line support for partner systems and data, especially within Salesforce and AWS
Intake & triage of partner programs and analysis requests
Support, maintain, and continuously improve our Partner processes
Drive special projects in data quality assurance across critical areas of our sales team, which includes documenting specific processes and enabling the Partner team and beyond
Work with our Partner team to identify and explore opportunities for sales process improvements and help drive enablement efforts as they relate to our Partner deal workflow
Support our Partner Ecosystem from onboarding new partners to closing deals
Act as liaison to AWS about deals, projects, and data sharing
Ad-hoc analyses as required by Partner or Partner Operations leadership
Ability to operate in a growth environment with moderate supervision
Basic Qualifications:
Experience supporting Sales, Partner, or Go-to Market functions
Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and Salesforce
Practical, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written
Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
Attention to detail, follow through, and strong analytical thinking and a high level of curiosity, integrity, and dependability with a strong sense of urgency
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AWS, G-suite, Tackle.io, Workspan, or other cloud management software
Experience working for a SaaS company supporting sales and partner operations
BS/BA Degree or a minimum of 2 years of corporate experience
The base salary range for this position is 68,000 - 106,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.
Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
