About the role: We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on, and highly motivated Strategic Pricing Manager reporting to the Director of FP&A. The role will be responsible for driving pricing strategy and operations to support growth & profitability. You'll partner closely with the Product and Go-To-Market teams to evolve our pricing and packaging, and accelerate growth by applying robust, evidence-based analysis to monetization strategy. *Location: This role will be based remotely in Seattle, but could move to hybrid in the future.
\n What you'll do:Pricing Strategy: Analyze and refine our existing pricing model to better align price to value for our customersCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to evolve packaging, optimize current pricing strategy, and assist with the pricing of new SKUsDeal Desk: Provide pricing, discounting, and structure guidance for both new and existing customer transactionsAnalytics: Drive a better understanding of our unit economics both by customer segment & by product Performance Tracking: Monitor pricing performance metrics and key financial indicators to assess the effectiveness of pricing strategies and identify opportunities for optimizationCompetitive Analysis: Continuously assess competitor pricing and market trends to inform proactive pricing strategies and adjustments What you'll bring: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, strategy consulting; preferably with some experience in a high-growth SaaS environmentExperience in cloud-based product monetization and usage-based pricingProven track record of working cross functionally with a variety of stakeholdersComfortable building financial models from scratchExperience w/ Business Intelligence tool (ideally Looker) & SQLOne team mindset: You're willing to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done
\n$140,000 - $160,000 a year

The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience. \nAircall is constantly moving forward.
