We are seeking a resourceful strategic sourcing manager to develop and implement improved strategic sourcing policies and processes within our Customer Service Business unit. Review strategies directed by Global Category leaders and execute strategies based on the Customer Service requirements and needs. Implement any changes in the supplier base based on proposals from Category leaders of analysis of market conditions and pricing.- Review and authorize local supply contracts and pricing where applicable. Evaluate the performance of strategic buyers.- Administration and management of resources, for the execution of category and strategic buyer strategies.- Report any non-compliance with the compliance code, regulations on quality, safety, health and the environment.- Ensure compliance with the compliance code within your jurisdiction, serving as a model to follow for the strategic purchasing process.**What We are Looking For**:- 5 to 10 years in the procurement area (strategic purchasing, purchasing, supply chain or experience related to the supply chain).- Experience and knowledge in managing in managing in a Distribution, Warehouse and/or customer service-oriented environment.- Basic knowledge of SAP, MS Applications, ISO-9001, 14001, 45001, CE, UL- Experience with lean six sigma and continuous improvement projects preferred.- Advanced excel knowledge and experience.- Experience in project-based manufacturing environment is a plus
