As the Strategic Projects Director, you will lead the successful delivery of complex, high-visibility projects that align with organizational goals. You will serve as the central point of coordination, overseeing all aspects of project execution from planning to completion. By fostering collaboration across teams, managing competing priorities, and navigating challenges, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality. \n You will:Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of strategic projects that support the company's key initiatives, ensuring all aspects of the project lifecycle are managed effectively.Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, timelines, resource allocations, and deliverables, and ensure these are communicated and adhered to across all relevant stakeholders.Work closely with stakeholders from multiple business units, ensuring their needs are incorporated into project plans and that collaboration is seamless throughout the project lifecycle.Proactively manage project budgets by tracking expenditures, identifying potential cost-saving opportunities, and maintaining strict financial accountability to ensure cost discipline.Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks or roadblocks early, and implement strategies to mitigate impacts or delays, ensuring projects remain on track.Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders and leadership, providing clear, concise updates on project status, changes, risks, and outcomes, and ensuring alignment on key objectives.Ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards by incorporating best practices, thorough review processes, and a results-driven focus.Drive a structured and disciplined approach to project management, ensuring all methodologies and tools are effectively utilized to achieve optimal efficiency and outcomes.Continuously assess project processes and outcomes, incorporating lessons learned and emerging trends to improve workflows and ensure future project success.Take ownership of complex, high-priority projects, serving as a reliable and accountable leader who ensures every detail contributes to the overall strategic vision of the company. You have:7+ years of experience in project management or a related field.Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.PMP certification or advanced coursework in Project Management preferred.Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, budget development, process improvement, project lifecycle management, and stakeholder engagement.Advanced skills in MS Excel and Google Docs.Strong adaptability, communication, problem-solving, organizational skills, collaboration, and time management abilities. A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $150,500 - $199,100 per year. In order to provide a competitive compensation package, Mulligan Funding takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to market compensation data, relevant experience, skills, education, and certifications. \nThis is an individual contributor role responsible for leading and driving key strategic initiatives. Due to the nature of the role and the need to work closely with key stakeholders, the expectation is to be in the office approximately four days per week.
