We are seeking an entrepreneurial and numbers driven Strategic Sales Manager to join our growing team.
ResponsibilitiesPresent and influence decision-making of concepts, business rationale and key findings to partners and senior leadersAbility to craft clear, compelling recommendations supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate themHunt for new business opportunities including tourism/hospitality verticalDevelop, identify and close new leadsUse CRM tools to document and track progress and communication cadence with each customerSchedule and lead product demos with prospectsAttend industry events, both locally and nationallyWho YOU AreHave a results-focused, detail-oriented mindsetExperienced in building B2C-site experiences by digging into customer needs, research, and dataSelf-starter with consistent record of successfully kick-starting new initiatives and to drive complex issues through analysis and resolutionAbility to work effectively at all levels within the organization and with partnersExcellent written and communications skillsFamiliarity with experience design, including customer validation techniques, user research, usability testing, and journey mappingAbility to handle several initiatives and shift priorities as neededQualifications2+ years B2C experienceBachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experiencePrevious experience in any of the following industries: tourism, commercial real estate, hospitality, international business, etc.Experience thriving in a commission-driven environmentOrganized, energetic, professional, ambitious and dynamic individualWhat We OfferThe EarthCam package includes excellent salaries, bonuses, benefits, and constant opportunities for development – designed to create an entrepreneurial, invigorating and satisfying environment.
