Pay Range - $35 - $40/hr
We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position Strategic Sourcing Specialist to work in Palo Alto, CA on Hybrid basis.

Job Description:
Ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience with demonstrated expertise with financial data analysis, understanding of go to market models for enterprise software and hardware companies.

Work with various TDS (

Technology

&

Digital Solutions

)) teams to obtain requirements for hardware and/or software procurement
Provide TDS (

Technology

&

Digital Solutions

(

TDS

)) requirements to a variety of hardware, software, and services vendors and obtains quotes
Understand vendor

proposals/contracts

and works with vendors to obtain clarification where needed
Work with various TDS (

Technology

&

Digital Solutions

(

TDS

)) teams to facilitate vendor evaluation
Lead the planning and launch of RFIs and RFPs
Gather and structure data to negotiate contracts
Actively seek to understand TDS (

Technology

&

Digital Solutions

(

TDS

)) technology needs & benchmark market trends
Identify and pursue opportunities to lower the total cost of goods and services to enhance total enterprise cost of ownership
Provide supply planning and analysis
