Responsibilities
• Lead strategic planning and business management for the Insurance Controller and Trend Analytics & Forecasting (TAF) team• Ensure strong business and financial results are delivered efficiently and effectively• Collaborate with senior team members to determine and prioritize business strategies• Manage the office and rhythm of business processes• Provide day-to-day leadership support• Assist with topics such as associate engagement, team huddles, conference planning, and talent planning• Serve as a gatekeeper for the Senior Vice President• Help leaders carry out the team's vision and strategic intent• Establish communication patterns and foster better interpersonal dynamics• Identify opportunity areas and proactively resolve them
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree• 8 or more years of progressive leadership experience with relevant strategy experience• Strategic thinker with the ability to bridge strategic vision with tactical delivery• Record of successful team leadership and development• Executive communications experience• Demonstrated ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior and executive level audiences• Results and deadline driven• Works well under high pressure situations• Comfortable dealing with and handling highly confidential information
