Developing and executing a massive seller acquisition strategy aligned with the overall business objectives, ensuring the scalability of initiatives to thousands of sellers.
Working closely with sales leaders and other relevant partners to launch lead generation campaigns, identify key targets, and build a contact database for capturing and tracking data.
Launching new business opportunities for the sales team through specific channels and creating a scalable mechanism for generating and following up on leads.
Working with operations, marketing, product, finance, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of acquisition strategies.
Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data such as market trends, competitor activities, and more to continually refine the acquisition strategy and prepare strategic presentations for executive reviews, generating actionable recommendations based on data.
Requirements:
Degree in Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
More than 5 years of experience in strategic hunting sales roles or similar commercial roles with management experience.
Knowledge of lead management tools, such as Salesforce.
Have valid visa.
