Lead teams in the Sourcing and Procurement Strategy group.Provide actionable insights to the world's top organizations, helping them address priority C-suite issues with strategies they can execute with speed and at scale.Execute profitability and sustainability interventions, including Zero-Based Budgeting across SG&A and COGS expense lines focused on corporate restructuring and fueling corporate growth.Shape organizational and IT-specific strategies, visions, objectives, and calculated roadmaps, including people-first strategies, process improvements, and raising technological competencies.Identify means to reduce tactical work efforts, optimize operational effectiveness, and future-proof capabilities through use of advanced technologies, including RPA, AI, and Blockchain.Support financial due diligence process for mergers and acquisitions by standing-up M&A clean rooms and assessing true value of synergies, while documenting opportunities to sustain long-term value.
