Position Summary: Join our fast-growing startup as a Strategy & Operations Associate and play a crucial role in shaping our company's future. We are looking to expand our team to drive operational excellence and contribute to new business development initiatives. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated individual to accelerate their career growth in a dynamic and supportive startup environment. The role will report into the VP of Strategy and Operations and will be high visibility with the executive leadership team. We are looking for someone with strong quantitative rigor, business judgement, and flexibility to tackle the latest bottlenecks to help our company accelerate its growth.  This role will require >50% in office in our Millbrae, CA headquarters. 
\n Responsibilities Include: Support new business development efforts through market research, competitive analysis, and proposal preparation Provide ad hoc support to leadership on strategic initiatives and special projects Support revenue operations through working across multiple sales teams to provide integrated reporting and forecasting; will play a key role in developing metrics and analytics for executive leadership and the board Commercial benchmarking and market analysis – our industry is continuously evolving with participants emerging, merging, and leaving. Provide outside-in analysis and analytics to ensure we are investing for the future Support investor relations (quarterly board decks, fundraising materials, ad hoc analysis) Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation Other responsibilities as assigned  Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Engineering) 2+ years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., BCG, McKinsey, Bain) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven ability to drive operational improvements and deliver measurable results Excellent communication and presentation skills  Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Databricks) Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving change and innovation Experience with retail, grocery, or advertising industries 
\n$100,000 - $120,000 a year
The salary range is based on the candidates experience as it relates to the role.
