Previous call center experience is a plus.Experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives with solid business judgmentStrong knowledge of business and conceptsDemonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environmentQuick learner; willing to dive in and get her/his hands dirtyExceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct analysis and make strategic recommendationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
