The Trust and Risk Strategy & Operations team drives business outcomes across buyer experience, margin expansion, and user trust on the platform.
In this role you will:
Act as a general manager for a core segment of the Trust and Risk Organization, partnering closely with operations, product, analytics, and engineering to deliver tangible results for the business.Develop and own OKRs for your space.Identify inefficiencies in processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity/reduce costs.Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations.Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.Team members in this role are required to be within commuting distance of our New York, NY, Los Angeles, CA, or San Francisco, CA hubs.

As our next Commerce Strategy & Operations Manager you should have:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.5-8+ years of experience in strategy and operations roles (e.g., consulting, finance, GM, Operations).Excellent problem solver - you bring structure where there is ambiguity.Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.Exceptional leadership and team management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.Experience with SQL required, and analytics tools like Looker, Sigma, Hex are a plus.For Full-Time (Salary) US-based applicants: $160,000/year to $245,000/year + benefits + equity.
The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position.
Final salary will be based on a number of factors including level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise.
This range is only inclusive of base salary, not benefits or equity.
