Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the executive team to articulate and implement the company's strategic vision, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals.Lead the strategic planning process, including creating long-term plans and assessing current strategies for effectiveness.Engage with core departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to pinpoint strategic opportunities and potential challenges, utilizing analytical data to inform decisions.Drive strategic discussions within the executive team to ensure cohesive decision-making.Prepare critical materials for quarterly Board of Directors meetings, including comprehensive board decks and investor updates.Organize and facilitate operational meetings, establishing goals and milestones to monitor business progress.Cultivate and mentor teams, promoting a culture rooted in innovation, collaboration, and curiosity.Discover new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance revenue and profitability.Keep abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.Required Skills Proven strategic leadership with at least 15 years of experience in consumer, retail, or service industries; investment banking, private equity, or management consulting experience is advantageous.Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability in strategic development and operational excellence, capable of motivating team performance.Financially astute, focused on delivering value for all stakeholders.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders through data storytelling.Highly organized, attentive to detail, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.Strong relationship-building skills, able to connect with individuals across all levels of the organization, fostering collaboration and engagement.Adaptable and flexible, thriving in a fast-paced environment and adept at managing ambiguity and competing priorities.Qualifications A minimum of 15 years in strategic roles within relevant industries.An MBA is preferred but not mandatory.Career Growth Opportunities

Compensation And Benefits Competitive salary range: $250,000 - $325,000 annually.Base pay is only one aspect of the comprehensive rewards package, which may also include discretionary bonuses/incentives, along with a robust benefits offering.Employment Type: Full-Time
