Team Gilbert has an exciting opportunity for highly motivated professionals to fill Streets Maintenance Worker I positions in Crack Seal or Fog Seal positions.


The Streets Maintenance Worker I in Crack Seal or Fog Seal reports to the Streets Supervisor.
The primary function of this position is to perform general manual labor, maintenance and repairs on Town streets, rights-of-way and medians, mainly associated with a crack seal or fog seal crews.
This work is often performed under adverse weather conditional and will entail working in close proximity to heavy traffic.


Top candidates for these positions will have demonstrated in past jobs that they are quick learners who are self-starters, well organized, and enjoy working with others as a team.

Candidates for Streets Maintenance Worker I must possess the following requirements: High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years of experience in streets maintenance work.
An AZ Class A Commercial Driver's License with tanker endorsement will be required within six months of hire.
An IMSA Work Zone Safety Certification will be required within one year of hire.
May require Maricopa County Dust Control Certification within one year of hire.
Post high school vocational or technical training or college course work related to this position preferred, but not required.
Positions are At-Will and are FLSA Non-Exempt - eligible for overtime compensation.
