We are seeking to hire an engineer, preferably located in Beachwood to support our business in the United States.


Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled engineer to join our team at Master Builders Solutions.
As part of this role, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams, along with concrete producers and contractors, providing expert technical guidance to facilitate the implementation of advanced high-performance concrete technologies.


Primary Responsibilities: Develop and implement pull-through strategies for securing concrete-related specifications and projects.
Provide technical support, structural analysis, and design for innovative high-performance concrete technologies. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and R&D teams to develop supporting materials that showcase the effectiveness and benefits of our product line, reinforcing our brand's leadership and specification-related efforts. Cultivate relationships within the A/E community and actively participate in industry groups like ACI, ASTM International, PCI, NPCA, and NCSEA.
Engage in promotional activities, in-person events, and webinars to convey Master Builders Solutions' industry leadership and support the adoption of new product specifications. Requirements Qualifications: A master's degree in civil engineering or a related field; PE license is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong emphasis on concrete design and technologies. Experience in cross-functional collaboration, showing the ability to work effectively with teams. These skills and experiences will make you a good fit for this role: Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Familiarity with the latest industry trends, standards, and regulations related to concrete and construction. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex technical information to diverse audiences. Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities. Advanced computer skills across diverse applications. Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships. Effective planning and time management capabilities. Proactive and resilient with a strong drive for innovation. Commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs.
