Responsibilities:
· Support CLOs and other structured finance transactions and securitizations
· Structure CLOs and securitizations to comply with a variety of regulatory requirements
· Represent issuers, arrangers, credit enhancement providers and servicers in a broad range of asset classes
Required Qualifications:
· 4-6 years of structured finance, securitization and CLO experience
· Large law firm experience
· Strong academic credentials
