Structures Superintendent Position Overview The Structures Superintendent will oversee and coordinate construction activities related to structural projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. This role is crucial for maintaining the quality and integrity of construction operations, particularly within the railroad and heavy civil sectors. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily activities on construction sites and manage team performance. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety procedures. Review and approve project plans, specifications, and schedules. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements within construction practices.
