Position Summary
Two (2) temporary hourly-intermittent Work Study student assistant position available in Enrollment Services.
Start Date
Position available on or after September 16, 2024 and ending on or before May 23, 2025. Possibility of reappointment based on budget, department needs, and job performance.
Job Description/Duties
Duties include but are not limited to:
Provide general and clerical support to the Enrollment Services Office, Student Records, Evaluations, Admissions and the Graduate School
Assist with filing across departments.
Assist with data entry across departments.
Open and distribute mail, and deliver outgoing mail/forms to other offices on campus.
Answer phones, and assist students and walk-in guests at the counter.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying.
Salary Range
$16.00 per hour.
