Follow prescribed internship guidelines for each week as closely as possible. Note: While the opportunity for technically-trained professionals is large, these jobs are unique in their scope and responsibility and require a special kind of individual to succeed. The internship will enable the candidate and SLB determine if these requirements are met before committing to a full time job.
Mission:
The Student Intern - Human Resources, will be responsible for providing administrative and processing support for delivery of Human Resources (HR) services at the location, Greater Cincinnati Technology Center, Florence, KY.
Responsibilities:These responsibilities include supporting the HR Team with the following duties:
Provide clerical support associated with preparing and filing HR documents, reports, performance indicators and correspondence.
Perform clerical duties associated with processing HR related data and information, and documentation archiving.
Implement process improvements to ensure efficiency and accuracy in the delivery of HR services to the business.
Administer processes related to Individual contractor and OSP contractor management.
Help with organization and logistics of employee engagement, seniority and recruitment events.
Ensure that HR services are delivered in a professional manner and at the highest business standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of Human Resources and administrative duties.
Strong organizational skills to efficiently handle the volume of work while handling employee queries daily.
Ability to communicate with management and employees in a clear and professional manner.
Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
Proactively identify and resolve any issues or problems that could arise and/or the ability to direct said issue or problem to the appropriate team.
