Responsibilities
• Travel to high schools and college fairs• Host recruitment events• Provide outstanding customer service to prospective students• Assist with enrollment presentations• Assist with New Student Programs events• Respond to admissions inquiries• Work with a CRM to interpret data• Complete miscellaneous projects and assignments• Follow-up with students in assigned territory
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree• Valid U.S. Driver's License• Experience working under a sales/territory management model• Experience using a CRM to support recruitment efforts• Experience conducting engaging presentations• Experience in sales, student affairs, or volunteer work• Experience with admissions recruitment processes• Experience planning or conducting recruitment events
Key Skills Needed
• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Dynamic in-person and virtual public speaking skills• Computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office and presentation software• Ability to work with students• Ability to work early mornings, late events, and weekends• Ability to work as a team member• Ability to communicate with a wide variety of individuals
